I kinda have a love-hate relationship with remote work. At the start of the lock down in our country I was excited to work from home, then the routine started to take it's toll on me and I dreaded starting working in the morning, but as time went by, I started enjoying it more and more. Now I wouldn't change it for the world.
Yes, remote work has a lot of advantages and it is definitely here to stay, but it also has some disadvantages like the lack of social interaction, bouncing off ideas with your colleagues, chit chat with them during breaks. I think they are worth mentioning.
